When you delete your account, we delete your profile completely and nobody will be able to see or vote on any of the ballots that you created. If you create another account later with the same name and email, it will be a new account without access to previous ballots.

For example, if you donated to RCV123, we will continue to be grateful and our payment processor (Stripe) will still have its records. We will continue to possess any emails you sent us and remants of ballots your created may remain in our database.

We may disclose your Personal Information if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety—or in connection with a merger, restructuring, or sale.
When you create an account, we may ask how you heard about us. If you select a ranked choice voting advocacy organization from the dropdown list, we will ask for your explicit consent to share your name and email address with that organization. If you consent by checking the opt-in box, we will share this limited information with the organization you selected. We will never share any information about your ballots or voting activities. No endorsement of or by these organizations is implied. If you do not check the opt-in box, we will not share any of your personal information with these organizations.
