Vanguards Ranked by Skill Floor
Skill Floor refers to the minimum level of skill required for a player to be minimally effective with a character. This value is subjective as each hero demands different methods of appraisal, so don't worry about a universal application. Remember #1 is LEAST SKILL REQUIRED and #10 is MOST SKILL REQUIRED to be MINIMALLY VIABLE.
